How I work
My approach is client-centred. Put simply, this means that sessions are based around you and your needs.
I have developed The B.E.S.T. Method as an effective way to empower you to change for the better. This approach carefully combines a range of transformative tools, practices and techniques that can help you make lasting and meaningful changes to your life.
The four pillars of the B.E.S.T. Method are :
Breathwork - practices to bring the breath back under control, quickly altering your thoughts and emotions.
Emotional - tools to help you connect with, express and release your feelings.
Somatic - movement techniques to reduce stress and reintegrate your body, mind and emotions.
Therapy - psychological approaches (Psychotherapy, CBT, Hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching) to bring insight, understanding and effect change.
We will work together to better understand the challenges you’re facing and discover the positive changes you can make to address and overcome them.
Because your treatment is specific to you and your needs, and also depends on your individual preferences, we may not choose to work with all four pillars of the B.E.S.T. Method during your sessions.
Our sessions together are private and confidential. They are also a safe and inclusive space where everyone is welcome and equally valued, regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, gender-identity, or the issue(s) they are seeking help with.
